| The ChrisCo Model 150 Single
Head Haunching Machine is a heavy duty machine designed for all types of
haunching, shaping, notching, profiling, finger jointing and lock jointing
operations. The worktable is stationary with a traveling spindle. The air
holddown has a safety shut down switch.
The Model 150 utilizes full hydraulics
to control the movement of the cutterhead spindle. A flow valve provides
a slow down feature to provide the absolute best results with less tear-out
of cross grain work and the return stroke is at full speed.
The spindle has four precision
bearings for long working life. Travel is on hardened linear bearings.
A cast iron stand and housing absorbs vibration.
A microprocessor provides a
home-up or a home-down selection to give optimum performance.
